Powersports Driver

The Young Automotive Group is Growing Again! We are actively hiring On Call Powersports Driver . We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team. This role is responsible for safely loading, unloading, and transporting motorcycles, ATVs, snowmobiles, and other powersports equipment between customers, dealerships, and related locations. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in safe driving practices, handles equipment with care, and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Benefits: 401k Retirement Plan Health Insurance Dental Insurance Life Insurance Disability Benefits Paid Time Off (Up to 3 weeks per year) Responsibilities: Loading and unloading Motorcycles, ATVs, Sleds, and other Powersports equipment onto trucks and trailers Delivering Powersports equipment to and from customers and dealerships Ensuring all equipment is properly secured and in good working condition Assists customers with loading and unloading their Powersports equipment Performing other duties as assigned Qualifications: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Motorcycle Endorsement Required Experience pulling bumper pull and gooseneck trailers Able to handle and transport full-sized motorcycles Ability to drive and handle a variety of vehicles safely, including manual transmissions. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Previous experience in a powersports or service-related environment is a plus. Young Automotive Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
