PCP Opportunity - Exceptional Work-Life Balance and Variety of Schedules Available
Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking an energetic and team oriented Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician (FM or IM) to our growing team in Foster City, CA.

- Practice with collegial, experienced, and well-established physicians, in addition to newer physicians in the group
Compensation/Benefits Include:
- Guaranteed salary: $280,000 /year
- Excellent earning potential with productivity bonus
- Annual quality incentive: $30k
- Student loan reimbursement
- Sign-on bonus: up to $125,000
- Relocation assistance
- Comprehensive benefits including health insurance, retirement plans and CME allowance

Job Requirements- MD or DO degree, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine (ABMS or AOA)
- Active California medical license (or ability to obtain)
- DEA certification
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
