Artistry of Face is seeking a dedicated and skilled Medical Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will support our esteemed Nurse Practitioner, Kelly Heffernan, in delivering top-notch care to our patients at our Loudonville, NY location.

Our areas of expertise include aesthetic and medical spa services, spanning injectables, facials, laser services, and body treatments. Key responsibilities include:

• Assist with patient intake, including obtaining medical histories and vital signs.
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms for clinical procedures.
• Support the Nurse Practitioner during patient consultations and treatments.
• Perform administrative duties, such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure all medical instruments are properly sterilized and ready for use.
• Provide patients with pre- and post-treatment instructions.

Schedule:

• Mondays - 9am - 5pm EST
• Wednesdays - 9am - 5pm EST
• Thursdays - 1pm - 7pm EST

Requirements:

• Medical Assistant certification in the state of New York is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a Medical Assistant, preferably in a med spa, dermatology, or plastic surgery office.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness and ability to travel between our Glens Falls and Loudonville locations as needed.
