Job Description: Marie Nicole Clothing is seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations & Production Coordinator to help keep marketing projects, calendars, and creative production on schedule. This role will coordinate product-release updates, photoshoot preparation, project timelines, and the organization and delivery of final creative assets. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable coordinating across internal teams and external partners to ensure deadlines are met and potential delays are addressed. Responsibilities: Maintain the integrated marketing calendar, project timelines, and department deadlines. Coordinate with the Product Team regarding product-release changes, marketing samples, and photography readiness. Support photoshoot planning by preparing shot lists and confirming products, schedules, and required assets. Track photography and creative projects through editing, approval, and final delivery. Maintain organized file structures, naming conventions, and searchable metadata within Google Drive. Coordinate creative requests and asset handoffs between internal team members and external partners. Follow up on outstanding deliverables and communicate scheduling conflicts, missing information or potential delays to the VP of Marketing. Requirements: One to three years of experience in marketing coordination, project management, creative production, or a related field. Strong organizational, project-management, and problem-solving skills. Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Google Workspace and familiarity with project-management tools.
