Job Summary
The Digital Fundraising Manager leads the day-to-day execution of digital fundraising initiatives designed to increase revenue, donor retention, audience engagement, and supporter growth. The role combines fundraising strategy, email marketing, digital content, campaign management, analytics, and website engagement to support donor acquisition, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the day-to-day execution of digital fundraising campaigns.
- Develop and deploy digital solicitations, cultivation, stewardship, and engagement communications.
- Manage email fundraising programs, including copywriting, design assets, landing pages, and campaign reporting.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase donor acquisition, list growth, engagement, and retention.
- Create, configure, and deploy email newsletters, automated journeys, donation forms, and digital fundraising campaigns.
- Develop website content and digital assets that support fundraising and donor engagement.
- Monitor campaign performance, KPIs, email-file health, and digital fundraising results.
- Use CRM, eCRM, Google Analytics, and related digital tools to analyze campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, membership, media, and fundraising teams on integrated campaigns.
- Test and implement new digital fundraising tactics and engagement strategies.
- Manage relationships with internal and external technology and strategy partners.
- Support digital marketing and promotional strategies for streaming and membership benefits.
- Organize and manage digital content and fundraising assets.
- Participate in strategic planning and cross-functional initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in digital fundraising or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience with digital fundraising strategy, email marketing, and website marketing.
- Strong persuasive writing and communication skills.
- Experience managing digital campaigns and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with CRM/eCRM databases.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and digital engagement metrics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
