RESUMEN:
Atiende las máquinas Pacman/Hayssen que realizan una o más funciones de embalaje, como llenar, marcar, etiquetar, atar, atar, empacar o envolver contenedores realizando las siguientes funciones. Arranca la máquina y observa el funcionamiento para detectar mal funcionamiento de la máquina. Detiene la máquina e informa el mal funcionamiento al supervisor. Realiza ajustes o reparaciones menores, como abrir válvulas, cambiar troqueles de formación y corte, configurar guías o retirar bolsas de producto dañadas. Inspecciona el contenedor lleno para garantizar que el producto esté empaquetado de acuerdo con las especificaciones. Repone los suministros de embalaje, como la película plástica. Monta los suministros en ejes o los coloca en la tolva u otros dispositivos de alimentación. Adjunta información sobre el contenedor, como número de lote o número de producto, etc. Mueve los controles de la máquina para ajustar la temperatura, la presión y el ciclo de tiempo. Mecanismo de alimentación de cargas con rollos de material plástico.
