Deliver nursing care in accordance with PCM Policies and Procedures. Ensures that nursing practice complies with established nursing standards, and scope of practice limitations.B. Function as Charge Nurse in the absence of Head Nurse or Assistant Head Nurse.C. Provide comprehensive nursing care while observing and maintaining security requirements.D.
