Job Summary Under minimal supervision, provides nursing care for a group of patients assigned to the nurse. Matches patients’ needs with the nurse’s competencies. Completes established competencies for the position within the designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. This position may qualify for a sign‑on bonus. Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (minimum). Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 1 year acute/chronic dialysis experience. Preferred 2 years acute care Med/Surg and 2 years acute/chronic dialysis. Current Texas State License for Registered Nurse. For RN in Behavioral Health: Non‑Violent Crisis Intervention must be obtained within 60 days of hire or transfer into department. Must have active healthcare provider Basic Life Support on hire (ARC or AHA). Must have AHA Healthcare Provider BLS within 60 days of hire.
