Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Paid time off Role Gutter Installer Location: Fridley, MN What We’re Looking For This is an experienced position, ideal for candidates with at least 2 years of skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to interact comfortably with clients and colleagues are essential. We’re looking for someone ready to be groomed for leadership, to join a family, and to grow with an established brand. Requirements Experience: 2 years in skilled carpentry and/or exterior construction. Attitude: Positive and team-oriented. Skills: Excellent communication, ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions. Commitment: Willingness to work overtime and grow with the company. Bonus: Previous experience in gutter services/installation and a passion for gutters (like us!) is a huge plus! Compensation $30.00 - $40.00 + per hour Qualifications Must be 18 or older. Must have a valid driver’s license. 2 years of relevant construction/carpentry experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
