Deburr - Aerospace

Aerospace Finishing PositionAerospace experience is a requirement for this position. Sign-on Bonus of $2000, you receive half after 30 days of employment and the 2nd half after 60 days of employmentDuties & Responsibilities:Hand finish / Deburr a wide variety of metal parts and castings for the aerospace industriesUse hand and power tools to grind, sand, clean, break edges, and deburr parts in preparation for further finishingKnowledge & Abilities:Ability to use basic deburring and hand-finishing tools, including right angle grinders, die grinders, orbital sanders, and air pens (manual and power)Knowledge and proper use of calipers, torque wrenchesEducation & Experience:High School Diploma or GED required0–3 years of hand finishing experience preferredAbility to read and comprehend English preferredPhysical Requirements:Steady hand-eye coordinationAbility to lift up to 30 lbsAbility to stand for extended periodsAbility to twist/turn upper body as requiredClose vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus requiredMust wear personal protective equipment (PPE) at all timesAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, genetic information or any other protected characteristic under applicable law.Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
