Marketing Manager, Dermatology – Bridgewater, NJ Job Summary Ceva North America is seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to support our marketing efforts across the dermatology portfolio in the United States. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams, conducting market research, and managing campaigns to drive brand awareness and revenue growth. Responsibilities and Key Duties Execute Marketing Strategy – Manage development of agreed‑upon marketing tactics and day‑to‑day tasks supporting overall strategies (US and Global). Draw insights from market data to inform approach and present data‑driven insights to management. Drive Impactful Campaigns – Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital, print, and events to reach target audiences effectively (B2B & B2C). Content Creation – Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging materials such as brochures, social media posts, and educational resources related to canine and feline skin health. Performance Analysis – Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives (defined KPIs), using data to optimize future campaigns. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with US Commercial Teams and Global Franchise Marketing Teams. Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Highly adaptable, results‑driven, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Travel Required This role requires approximately 10% travel, with a high concentration of customer meetings and industry conferences in Q1.
