JOB SUMMARY

Performs a wide range of accounting and administrative duties to support the accounting department.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Balance sheet accounts reconciliation as primary focus. Assist with month-end and year-end closing, including journal entries and reconciliations Assist in maintaining all accounts, ledgers and reporting systems, including setting up new users to the accounting system and Concur Assist with monthly balance sheet and P&L fluctuations analysis Assist in updating fixed assets schedule and depreciation expense Perform general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying, faxing, typing, and mailing Assists with preparation of 1099s as needed. Assists with special accounting projects as needed. Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor. Attend meetings, trainings, and other work-related events as needed; and Other duties may be assigned or may be modified as business needs dictate. Supervisory Responsibilities This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Strong accounting background. At least two-five years general ledger accounting experience is required Strong Excel and database skills Strong analytical and problem solving skills Strong organizational skills Team player and have ability to work independently Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to interact effectively with all levels throughout Company organization Timeliness - Complete tasks within the required timeframe.
