Content Developer

To support the creation of scalable, self-paced learning solutions, the remote Content Developer will develop high-quality eLearning and video content while collaborating with internal stakeholders and adhering to established frameworks. Key responsibilities Develop high-quality, self-paced eLearning and video content using established templates and standards Produce instructional videos and multimedia learning assets with tools such as Camtasia and Adobe Creative Suite Translate technical information into clear, engaging learning content while maintaining course materials and learning modules Required qualifications 4-6 years of experience developing scalable, self-paced learning content in an enterprise environment Hands-on experience with instructional development tools, including Camtasia, PowerPoint, and eLearning authoring platforms like Articulate or Captivate Strong technical writing skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts clearly Proven experience developing video-based and interactive eLearning content Experience with Adobe Creative Suite is a strong plus
