Exciting New Part-Time Personal Caregiver Position

Senior Helpers - Denver is seeking a caring and compassionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Personal Caregiver. This individual will help seniors in their homes, helping them with daily tasks and activities. The Personal Caregiver will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients while promoting independence and maintaining their dignity. Our part-time position with the potential for additional hours as needed. In addition, this position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of seniors and their families.

Compensation & Benefits: $19.29 to $22.50 per hour with daily pay available (paid biweekly). We offer both PTO (Paid Time Off) and PST (Paid Sick Time) for part-time employees. 401(k) with match! Responsibilities: Assist clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. Provide medication reminders and assist with medication management. Plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks. Accompany clients to appointments and assist with errands. Provide companionship and engage in meaningful activities with clients. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Communicate with clients' families to provide updates on their loved one's well-being. Report any changes in clients' health or behavior to the appropriate personnel. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements & Preferences: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Must show proof of insurance. Ability to pass a background check. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and follow a care plan. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as needed. Previous experience in a caregiving or related role preferred.
