Position - Industrial Maintenance Technician
Job Location - Eden, WI
Starting Date - Immediate
Employment Term - Direct Hire
Employment Type - Full-Time
Work Hours (Shift) - Monday-Thursday, 8:00am-6:30pm ; Fridays vary based on workload
Starting Pay - $28-$30 per hour (DOE)

Required Education - High School Diploma/GED
Required Experience - At least 2 years of industrial or mechanical maintenance experience

Job Summary

As an Industrial Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment. You will troubleshoot mechanical systems, perform preventative maintenance, and support production operations across the facility. This position requires hands-on mechanical ability and the flexibility to work in hot and damp environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair gearboxes, motors, conveyors, cookers, grinders, and related equipment
  
• Perform routine maintenance such as bearing changes, greasing, and oil changes
  
• Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems
  
• Operate a forklift and assist with equipment movement as needed
  
• Troubleshoot and perform basic electrical tasks
  

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
  
• Minimum 2 years of industrial or building maintenance experience
  
• Ability to work in hot, damp environments around steam-powered equipment
  
• Basic electrical knowledge
  
• Forklift operation experience
  
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
