This is the ideal position for knowledgeable and energetic people who have a passion for customer care and the power of teamwork.As a NAPA Paint Specialist, you are an important part of the store team.ResponsibilitiesMixing paint with precisionHelping customers with their auto body and finish questionsSharing knowledge about auto part features, benefits and warranty infoHelping team members in our fast-paced retail storesOperating a cash register, and navigating computer and paper catalog systemsQualificationsPaint or body shop experience requiredKnow How- automotive knowledge and/or experienceASE (P2) Parts Certification is a PLUSPositive attitude and passion for delivering Customer CareExcellent verbal and written communication skillsMotivated to train and learnAbility to thrive and have fun in a busy, fast-paced retail environmentKnowledge of Cataloging and/or Inventory Management Systems is a PLUSAbility to work weekends is a MUSTValid Driver's License and/or reliable transportationThis position offers a starting hourly rate of $20.50. Many of our hourly positions have pay progression with set starting rates and you reach the top end of this range within 12 months of hire. For other positions, the starting rate will be determined based on individual skills, experience, and qualifications.
