BCforward is currently seeking a highly motivated Warehouse Worker for an opportunity in Marana, AZ 85653!

Expected Duration: 11+ Months with the possibility of extension

 

Job Type: Onsite

 

Pay Range: $18.00/hr.- $18.00/hr.

Job Description:

We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our team on 1st shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM, Monday to Friday). The ideal candidate will have experience in assembly and production operations and a proven ability to meet quality and throughput goals safely.

 

Responsibilities:

·       Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions.

·       Perform in-process quality checks to ensure compliance with standards.

·       Maintain production efficiency and meet daily output targets.

·       Operate hand tools, equipment, and machinery safely.

·       Report equipment, safety, or quality issues to supervisors promptly.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

·       0 to 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production, or related roles.

·       Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

·       Clear verbal and written communication abilities.

·       Proficiency with standard industry tools, equipment, and basic software.

 

Preferred Skills:

Previous manufacturing or assembly experience
