Olsten Staffing is now hiring Assemblers for 3rd Shift! Join a growing team and gain valuable manufacturing experience in a fast-paced production environment.

Shift: 3rd Shift

Hours: 7:30 PM - 6:00 AM (Sunday-Thursday, & additional days as needed)

Pay: $18-19 hourly

Job Summary
The Assembler position is responsible for assembling pre-assembly and sub-assembly components, performing ground bond testing, packing completed electrical systems, and utilizing hand tools and PIV equipment while ensuring compliance with quality standards and manufacturing processes.
Essential Responsibilities
Assemble mechanical components according to work instructions (MTS) and/or On Floor Sheets (OFS)
Utilize PIV equipment for crating and packing requirements
Perform assembly rework when defects are identified
Support Tier 1 meetings, 5S initiatives, and continuous improvement activities
Complete required training and cross-training opportunities
Perform additional duties as assigned
Critical Skills
Basic reading, writing, and math skills
Basic computer knowledge and ability to follow product documentation
Strong communication skills and willingness to learn multiple workstations
Ability to learn and retain manufacturing processes
Additional Skills
• Team-oriented attitude
• Ability to take direction and work independently
• Desire to learn and grow within a production environment
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required

Experience:

• 0-1 year of production assembly experience required
  
• 1+ years of manufacturing experience preferred

Pay Details: $18.00 to $19.00 per hour
