Nocturnist Internal Medicine Physician: 7/7 Night ICU

MercyOne is seeking a BC/BE Internal Medicine Physician to join its Hospitalist service as a Nocturnist at the suburban MercyOne West Des Moines Medical Center. We offer a base salary with incentives, including a $50,000 sign-on bonus, paid malpractice and a 403B Match.
Role entails 7/7 schedule with flexible options, ICU coverage with Pulmonary Critical Care consultation, and admissions averaging 8 per 12-hour shift with APP support until midnight. Telehealth may be added in the future.
