Director of Manufacturing

Lead and manage all manufacturing operations within the company while adhering to budgetary limitations that are best for the company.

PRIMARY DUTIES:

Achieve financial objectives by preparing and assisting with annual budget process and capital expenditures. Ability to analyze variances and initiate corrective actions. Develop and meet manufacturing process goals. Monitor and regulate productivity levels. Monitor and regulate quality and manufacturing costs through effective management of resources. Establish policies and procedures relating to the manufacturing process. Participate or lead Strategic Action Plans, Quick Fixes, and Continuous Improvement Teams. Responsible for reporting manufacturing metrics and key performance indicators. Provide leadership and training in the development of the culture and employees through collaboration, team building, growth, et c.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Finance preferred. Four to six years manufacturing experience required. Demonstrated Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel) required. Knowledge of AX operating system a pl us.

SUPERVISOR REQUIREMENTS:
