OBGYN Faculty Physician - Per Diem

Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Per Diem OBGYN, you will join our dynamic women’s healthcare team in central Phoenix to help provide essential coverage when full‑time providers are off. You will deliver comprehensive OB/GYN services, including antepartum, intrapartum, deliveries, and gynecological care. Flexible hours Both clinic and hospital shifts To be successful in this role, you must be board‑certified or board‑eligible in OB/GYN and possess a strong passion for clinical excellence. Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment are essential. Job Requirements Required Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from an accredited institution Completed ACGME Residency training Active or eligible license in the state of Arizona Ability to achieve full and unrestricted hospital privileges at Dignity Health Arizona hospitals Team-oriented provider passionate about providing quality care and furthering the healing ministry, while serving the poor and underprivileged EEO No J1 Visas Where You'll Work Dignity Health Medical Group is the employed provider group of Dignity Health Arizona. Dignity Health Medical Group (DHMG) employs approximately 350 providers and 850 support staff who cover a wide variety of specialties. The medical group has had tremendous success over the past few years and now provides more than 73 sub-specialty services. The physicians and APPs provide clinical services in their areas of specialty and many serve in pivotal academic research and leadership roles. DHMG is also heavily involved in preparing tomorrow's healthcare providers. Clinical services are complemented with translational and bench research to augment medical education for residents and students.
