What You'll Do
- Oversee all used vehicle operations, including purchasing, appraisals, merchandising, pricing, and inventory management
- Maximize gross profit while maintaining turn-rate efficiency
- Work closely with sales and finance teams to ensure a smooth, customer-focused process
- Monitor market trends and leverage tools for competitive pricing
- Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Used Car Manager in a dealership environment
- Strong appraisal and acquisition skills (auctions, trades, private purchases)
- Ability to manage inventory and pricing in a high-volume environment
- Leadership skills with a focus on training, accountability, and team success
- A results-driven mindset and commitment to customer satisfaction
