Responsibilities As a Retail Sales Associate , you are the heart and sole representative of our brand. You will recommend gear and products that help customers cross their next finish line. Your duties include: building and maintaining relationships with customers, vendors, and peers; listening to customer needs; providing personalized solutions; and outfitting them with everything they need to get started or persevere. You will consistently go above and beyond to care for our customers and communities. The position requires moving around for periods of 2–4 hours without a rest break, task sequencing, and using point‑of‑sale computers. Occasional moderate to heavy lifting and carrying (10–25+ lb), bending and reaching overhead may be required. The work environment includes substantial communication with customers, work in a retail environment with product displays and a stockroom with inventory, and potential slippery surfaces.
