Nurse Practitioner Or Physician Assistant
ECU Health Physicians and ECU Health Immediate Care-Ahoskie are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work varying shifts on a PRN basis. Experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply for this role.
Opportunity Highlights:
- Employment by ECU Health Physicians - Community Practice Model
- PRN shifts
- Outpatient Only Shift hours are from 11am 7pm Monday thru Friday
- No weekends, No call
- Proficiency required for minor procedures including: Suturing, joint injections, splinting/mobilizing/sprains, as well as comfortable treating infants to adults
- Clinical responsibilities will include being a sole provider in an immediate care setting
- System-wide integrated EMR - EPIC
- Applicants will be required to have BLS certification from The American Heart Association
ECU Health Physicians includes an academic practice model (ECU employment) and a community practice model (health system employment). There is shared leadership and shared services to support the overall group and to ensure alignment for clinical care, research, education and strategy. This innovative structure creates opportunities within ECU Health Physicians ranging from acute to ambulatory, academic practice to community practice, regional to rural, and everything in between.
