CNC Machine Operator

Our client, the renewable energy industry, is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting blade production and assembly. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong technical skills, and a proactive attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Machine Operator

Location: Fort Madison, IA

Pay Range:

Shift: 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Operate and maintain CNC machinery used in blade manufacturing processes
• Interpret technical drawings, sketches, and process instructions to ensure precision
• Perform product inspections and document quality checks
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machining equipment as needed
• Support team efforts by following safety procedures and maintaining a clean work environment

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Passing score on General Aptitude Test
• 1-2 years experience with hand tools, power tools, and machining
• Ability to measure using metric standards
• Commitment to safety and quality standards
