About the Position

The facility is dedicated to serving the surrounding communities. The organization was founded in 1963 and has grown significantly over the years. The new hospital features modern facilities and advanced technology. The area offers various activities, including wine tasting and exploring state and national parks. Orientation is held every 2nd and 4th Monday. The Emergency Department has a total of 22 beds. Patient ratios are 4:1 for pod patients and 2:1 for critical patients. The department uses an Electronic Health Record system for documentation. Supervision is provided by experienced staff. The patient population includes traumas, STEMIs, psych, cardiac, GI, and stroke patients. Desired candidate traits include being a hard worker, resilient, team-oriented, and easy-going. Preferred experience includes trauma and pediatric cases. The dress code allows scrubs of any color or print; certain attire is unacceptable. The position is a replacement for a contractor.
