As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our mission to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients. About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate RBT to join our team in Rocky Mount, NC . As an RBT, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, implementing behavioral therapies and interventions to promote learning, social, and emotional growth. Your expertise and support will enable our clients to overcome challenges and achieve their goals. Responsibilities: Implement behavior analytic interventions and strategies in one-on-one settings with clients Collect and record data on client progress and behavior Collaborate with supervisors and other team members to develop and refine treatment plans Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for clients Implement skill-building activities to promote client progress and independence Provide ongoing support and training to families and caregivers Requirements: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., special education, psychology) preferred Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable transportation and flexibility to travel to client homes Work Environment: Part-time schedule with flexible hours In-home therapy settings Opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our clients #J-18808-Ljbffr Alight-Behavioral-Therapy
