Registered Nurse - Acute Care/Neuro Stepdown

This position requires night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Weekend shifts are also required.

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a high-paced Acute Care and Neuro Stepdown unit. The ideal candidate will possess strong nursing skills, critical thinking abilities, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and assess patient conditions in both Acute Care and Neuro Stepdown units.
• Administer medications and manage titrating cardiac drips.
• Perform procedures including lumbar punctures and chest tube placements.
• Conduct bedside shift reports and participate in daily huddles.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current RN licensure with BLS certification for Acute Care and ACLS certification for Neuro Stepdown.
• Experience in Acute Care nursing and Neuro Stepdown units is preferred.
• Strong time management and critical thinking skills are essential.
