• Dermatology experience as an NP or PA, preferably in a medical or surgical dermatology setting.

• Comfort with full-body skin exams, lesion evaluation, and the ability to manage common dermatologic conditions independently within scope.
• Prior experience or strong aptitude in minor dermatologic surgery, cryotherapy, intralesional injections, and basic cosmetic procedures.
• Excellent communication skills for explaining treatment plans, risks, and post-procedural care in a clear, empathetic manner.
• Active NP or PA license and DEA registration, with the ability to prescribe and manage dermatologic medications.
