Mixer – Carrollton, TX Job Summary: The Production Mixer is responsible for operating mixers and extruders to produce correctly mixed dough for the production line. The role ensures dough is mixed to the required consistency, the extruder is set up, monitored, and adjusted to maintain product specifications and production schedule. Responsibilities Accurately scale ingredients according to established formulas. Load ingredients into mixer and mix to proper consistency. Set up and run extruder, safely lift and dump bulk ingredients. Monitor and adjust extruder to maintain required properties. Maintain batch reports and record all finished product, ensuring production line schedules are met. Pull samples for each dough batch. Adhere to plant rules, safety regulations, FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory agencies. Apply good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination. Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent experience. Ability to read, write, and speak English. Ability to read and understand mixing formulas and procedures. Basic math skills to count product and fill orders. Ability to safely lift and dump bulk ingredients. Shift Details Full‑time permanent role on 2nd shift (2:00pm – 10:30pm).
