What You'll Do Develop new business opportunities for international ocean and air freight services. Build long term relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers, distributors, retailers, and other supply chain customers. Identify customer needs and design customized logistics solutions. Prepare competitive proposals and negotiate service agreements. Work closely with Pricing, Product Management, Operations, and Customer Success teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences. Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurately forecast business opportunities. Stay informed of market trends, carrier developments, and industry changes. Consistently achieve or exceed sales goals. What We're Looking For Proven business development experience within freight forwarding, NVOCC, or international logistics. Demonstrated success selling Ocean Freight, Air Freight, or integrated supply chain solutions. Strong network within import/export or transportation industries. Excellent communication and relationship building skills. Self motivated with the ability to manage your own territory. Experience using CRM systems is preferred.
