Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate each patient’s strengths, needs, and concerns. Based on these assessments, you will establish and revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families, addressing cultural and spiritual nuances.

• Design and facilitate educational and therapeutic groups tailored to meet the unique needs of your clients, documenting goals and group dynamics to monitor progress and outcomes effectively.

• Participate actively in treatment-planning meetings, sharing insights and receiving feedback to collaboratively enhance care strategies. You will also document treatment plan updates regularly, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of changes and patient progress.

• Employ effective conflict resolution skills to manage resistance and foster positive engagement with clients, family members, and healthcare professionals, intervening as necessary to promote constructive dialogue and reevaluating unproductive behaviors.

• Utilize a digital documentation system to maintain accurate and thorough patient records, encompassing assessments, interventions, patient and family involvement, and communications with external agencies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest DSM diagnostic criteria, demonstrating and applying a sound understanding of human development across different age groups, and recognizing developmentally appropriate tasks.

• Implement principles of behavior modification, assertiveness training, and supportive therapy, adapting methods to align with the individual needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive data gathering through effective interviewing and consultation with the healthcare team to formulate thorough assessments of patients' medical, social, and emotional situations.

Qualifications\n

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is mandatory.

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, reflecting the level of expertise and dedication you bring to our organization.
