$65,000 - $95,000 at plan yearly

Responsibilities:

• Proactively seek out new potential clients on a daily basis through various networking.

• Communicate effectively to assess the financial needs of potential clients.

• Present the wide range of services and products available at the company to potential clients to generate interest.

• Engage in specialized training and certification programs offered by New York Life to enhance professional skills.

• Opportunity to obtain industry-specific FINRA licenses, including SIE/6/63.

Qualifications:

• Experience in sales or customer service, with a focus on building long-term relationships.
• Ability to communicate complex financial concepts in a clear, relatable manner.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Strong networking skills to proactively identify and engage potential clients.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development through company-provided training.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team environment.
• Willingness to pursue industry-specific licenses, such as FINRA SIE/6/63, with company support.
