Job Description Job Description The Fast Food Restaurant General Manager oversees daily operations at a high-volume location, managing a team of 31-50 employees to deliver excellent customer service and efficient food service. Reporting to the Operations Director, this role involves staff management, inventory and budget control, scheduling, and leading training initiatives. Occasional travel to other locations supports consistent operational standards and growth opportunities including promotion to Area Manager and participation in leadership development programs.
