Respiratory failure of various etiologies requiring noninvasive or mechanical ventilation, post CVL, cardiac arrest with TTM, multisystem organ failure, various shock states, CVA post TPa, COVID, ARDS, DKA, ETOH w/d. 1 CNA per shift to help We are a high acuity, fast-paced MICU.
