Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a travel assignment at a hospital in Denver, CO, requiring a minimum of 2 years of clinical experience and active BLS and ACLS certifications.

Details

• Main OR unit with 23 operating rooms
• Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Elective surgical cases include Ortho, Spine, General, CV, Plastics, GYN, Robotics, and Urology — no trauma cases
• Ortho/Spine and CV experience preferred
• EMR: Meditech
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CO or Compact RN license required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA or ARC accepted; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start)
• Minimum 2 years of clinical OR experience required
• At least 1 year of recent acute care OR RN experience required
• US SSN and DOB required for consideration
• One professional reference required

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates will not be considered
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• Collaborative day-shift team environment with a staff of approximately 70
