Hartford Healthcare seeks a Wound, Ostomy, Continence Registered Nurse to provide advanced, evidence-based care for patients with complex wound, ostomy, and continence needs. In this role, you will perform comprehensive assessments, develop and implement care plans, manage treatments, and educate patients, families, and staff on prevention and self-care. You will collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team across our Connecticut network and use cutting-edge technology to improve outcomes.
