What You'll Do

As an assembler, you'll play a key role in bringing complex equipment to life:

• Build and assemble chiller units using work instructions, blueprints, and specifications
• Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly using hand and power tools
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Support production by moving materials, packaging finished units, and maintaining workflow

What You Bring

• 12+ years of manufacturing or assembly experience
• Confidence using hand and power tools
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, blueprints, and diagrams
• Reliable work history and strong work ethic
• Team-first attitude with solid communication skills
• Physical ability to stay active throughout the shift

Bonus Experience (Nice to Have)

• HVAC, data center equipment, or industrial manufacturing experience
• Sheet metal fabrication or advanced mechanical assembly (3+ years preferred)
• Familiarity with chiller systems or custom equipment builds
• Interest in long-term career growth and skill development

Job Type & Location

This is a contract to hire position based out of Maple Grove, MN.

Pay and benefits: The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
