Mystery Shopper - $20/hr.

Location: Boulder & Lafayette

Job Overview:
Fuze HR is seeking reliable and detail-oriented Mystery Shoppers to join our team. In this role, you will pose as a regular customer and conduct in-person visits to evaluate various aspects of a business, including customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and staff compliance with company protocols. Your feedback will help businesses improve their operations and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct discreet, in-person visits to assigned locations
• Interact with staff and experience services as a typical customer
• Evaluate customer service, cleanliness, product quality, and adherence to procedures
• Accurately observe and document your experience
• Submit detailed, timely reports following each visit

Requirements:

• Must have reliable transportation to travel to assigned locations
• Strong attention to detail and observational skills
• Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
• Access to a smartphone or computer for report submission
• Excellent written communication skills
