Food Service Director
Join our dedicated team, where we care for our residents like family. As our new Food Service Director , you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality dining experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
Oversee the food service department, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
Manage staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Develop and implement menus that cater to the diverse dietary needs and preferences of our residents
Collaborate with the culinary team to design and execute special events and celebrations
Monitor and report on food inventory, budget, and expenses
We provide top-quality, round-the-clock medical care and a range of services and amenities designed to enhance the lives of our residents. Our warm and competent staff are dedicated to fostering a comfortable, homelike environment where our residents can thrive.
