How we do anything is how we do everything. The Role We’re seeking a Customer Care Manager to help lead the day-to-day customer experience and service operations of our agency. You’ll become a key point of contact for our existing customers—helping solve problems, coordinate service needs, conduct policy reviews, and identify opportunities to better protect the households we serve. You’ll work closely with the Agent with the opportunity to develop toward greater office management and leadership responsibilities as you master the role. What You’ll Do Manage customer inquiries and oversee day‑to‑day service needs. Build strong relationships with existing customers and become a trusted point of contact. Assist with policy changes, billing questions, renewals, claims‑related conversations, and account reviews. Proactively review customer accounts and identify potential coverage gaps or additional needs. Conduct customer outreach and help strengthen retention and long‑term relationships. Identify appropriate opportunities for additional insurance products within our existing book of business. Help coordinate team communication, follow‑ups, and service workflows. Track customer‑care activities and key service metrics. Support community engagement and agency outreach. Work directly with the Agent while developing the knowledge and leadership skills necessary to grow toward an Office Manager role. Confidence discussing solutions and making recommendations. Strong organization and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple customer needs at once. Ownership mentality and willingness to solve problems. Comfortable balancing customer service with account development and sales opportunities. Previous customer service, insurance, sales, office management, or administrative experience is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
