Housing First Care Coordinator - Part-Time

Eliot Community Human Services

Eliot Community Human Services is seeking a dedicated Housing First Coordinator to join our Low Threshold Housing Team. The role focuses on onsite case management, recovery-focused support, and harm-reduction practices to assist residents in daily living and independence.
