Key Responsibilities:
- Support customers via phone, email, chat, SMS, and social media.
- Assist with product inquiries, online orders, returns, warranties, and general support questions.
- Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, patience, and strong problem-solving skills.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support e-commerce sales.
- Accurately document customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Meet customer satisfaction, quality, and productivity goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to stay informed on products, promotions, and process updates.
- Maintain compliance with data privacy and security requirements.
- 1+ year of inbound customer service or call center experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain calm and professional when handling escalated situations.
- Strong computer skills and experience navigating multiple systems.
- Consumer goods, retail, or e-commerce support experience.
- Omnichannel customer service experience.
- Experience with KPIs, sales, retention, or CRM platforms.
