Our local business is not just a restaurant—it’s a catering company, deli, bottle shop, beer tap house, and butcher shop all rolled into one! We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Assistant Manager to help us keep things running smoothly and ensure our customers have an exceptional experience every time they visit.
What You'll DoAs an Assistant Manager, you’ll wear many hats and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of our bustling establishment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in managing daily operations across all areas of our business.
- Supporting and motivating team members to deliver excellent customer service.
- Ensuring our high standards of quality and cleanliness are maintained.
- Helping with inventory management and ensuring products are stocked and organized.
- Collaborating with the management team to implement improvements and streamline processes.
- Addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in a friendly, professional manner.
This position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a variety of areas while working in a lively and supportive environment.
