Our passion is to change and transform lives through relationship building and connection, which are keys to long-term success in business and in life.ResponsibilitiesOwn multiple aspects of the candidate pipeline, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.Source candidates via job boards, networking, referrals, etc.Conduct web research/searches.Screen applicant resumes.Conduct pre-qualification interviews on the phone and on Zoom.Resume formatting.Perform reference checks.Solicit new clients.Cold-calling.Candidate relationship building and management.Participate in networking events.Read training materials and participate in training exercises.Qualifications1+ years of staffing agency work experience, ideally in Technology and Sales.You thrive in an environment where you're surrounded by people.You not only eat tech and engineering for breakfast but can hold a conversation about how it impacts the business world.Curious and investigative mindset, innovative thinker, and creative problem solver.Bring a high level of energy and commit to achieving your daily goals in a dynamic environment.Have strong reading comprehension, interpersonal and communication skills.Have a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop professional skills.You are self-motivated and unafraid to take risks and think beyond the box.Effective time-management abilities, be organized and can follow-through.Share a team spirit and have the ability to create value in a team environment.Ability to positively represent Eleven Recruiting.What You'll GetUnlimited Earnings Potential!
