Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and independent judgment
• Circulate on a variety of surgical cases including orthopedics, spine, general surgery, podiatry, neurology, and craniotomy
• Operate and assist with advanced surgical technology including robotic-assisted surgical systems
• Participate in on-call rotation shared equally among circulating nurses; float to alternate OR location as needed based on census

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice
• AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS certification
• AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS certification
• Ability and willingness to take call as scheduled

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior acute care facility experience in an operating room setting
• Experience with robotic-assisted surgical platforms and complex surgical specialties
