Legal Support Specialist (Business) – Hybrid (Reston, VA)

Salary: $80,000–$97,000 (DOE)

Position Summary:

The Legal Support Specialist (Business) will provide complex and specialized administrative support to assigned attorneys and paralegals. Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and revise documents (DocuSign, drafting, redlining, proofreading)
• Create and maintain electronic files (iManage, Outlook)
• Prepare new business forms (conflicts, engagement and waiver letters) in coordination with intake and conflicts teams
• Manage calendars; schedule virtual and in-person meetings and resolve conflicts
• Process invoices, expense reports, reimbursements, and check requests in accordance with finance guidelines
• Enter and track time daily in IntApp
• Review, distribute, and process prebills
• Support audit letter processes
• Conduct legal research as requested

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 4 years of legal support experience
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a hybrid environment
