This role is designed to be performed remotely, ensuring that our Mental Health Counselors can work from the comfort of their own homes or preferred locations. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations of clients to understand their mental, emotional, and behavioral health needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual’s objectives and therapeutic goals.
• Provide effective individual therapy utilizing diverse modalities (such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc.) to promote healing and personal growth.
• Regularly assess client progress, adjusting treatment strategies based on therapeutic outcomes and client feedback.
• Facilitate teletherapy sessions, ensuring accessibility and convenience for clients, particularly those facing geographical or mobility challenges.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of all client interactions and progress in accordance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Participate in ongoing professional development initiatives to stay current with industry best practices and expand counseling techniques.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our Mental Health Counselors work with a diverse array of clients, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health conditions. We focus on providing tailored care to accommodate various backgrounds, experiences, and life stages. Counselors will engage with clients through virtual sessions, maximizing outreach and providing vital support to those in need.

Qualifications

• A current, valid state license as an LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, or PsyD.
• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with clients from different backgrounds.
• A strong capacity for empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to client interactions.
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote working environment.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience working in a community health clinic or similar environment is desirable. Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital record-keeping systems will be beneficial in enhancing service delivery. Candidates with a background in advocating for mental health awareness and community engagement will find this role particularly rewarding.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to USD 130,000 annually, reflective of experience and caseload. Additional benefits include:
