Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting thorough and compassionate mental health assessments to understand patients' unique needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions, employing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy tailored to individual, couples, and families.
  • \n
  • Facilitating engaging psychoeducational groups that build community and address mental health issues common among our patients.
  • \n
  • Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to enhance the quality of patient care through a holistic approach.

  • Providing immediate crisis intervention services to support patients experiencing emergency mental health situations.
  • \n
  • Educating patients about mental health conditions and resources available to them in the community, empowering them to engage actively in their treatment plans.

  • Maintaining complete and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards utilizing electronic health records (EHR).

  • Participating actively in case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions to continually improve therapeutic methods.

  • Staying current with the latest advancements in mental health therapy, enhancing treatment quality and efficacy.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • \n
  • Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Tennessee.
  • \n
  • Strong knowledge of mental health disorders, treatment modalities, and therapeutic approaches, with excellent skills in conducting assessments and developing treatment plans.
  • \n
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, allowing for effective engagement with clients.
  • \n
  • Sound judgment and a strict adherence to professional ethics and boundaries in therapeutic relationships.
  • \n
  • Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technology to facilitate effective care delivery.
  • \n
  • A collaborative mindset, willing to work as part of an integrated team to support patient outcomes.

Preferred Experience\n

A minimum of two years of experience working as a mental health therapist is preferred. Qualified candidates should have a proven history of delivering individual and group therapy along with clear evidence of producing positive results for their patients. Experience with various therapeutic techniques and a willingness to adapt to new methods and procedures will be highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our robust benefits package includes:
