The Vice President of Supply Chain will be responsible for providing enterprise leadership for TAKKT Foodservices' end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution. This role oversees purchasing and inventory management, demand planning and forecasting, warehouse operations, freight management, and import compliance. Working closely with Finance, Merchandising, Sales, suppliers, and logistics partners, this leader will drive profitable growth, improve operational performance, and deliver annual cost savings through scalable processes, metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.What you will do:Lead and execute the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy in alignment with business and financial objectivesOversee integrated planning across purchasing, inventory management, forecasting, transportation, warehousing, and product flowDevelop strategies to improve inventory productivity, product availability, working capital efficiency, and forecast accuracyLead purchasing, replenishment, inventory optimization, lifecycle planning, and aged inventory reduction initiativesPartner with distribution and warehouse leadership to optimize operational performance, capacity, and inventory accuracyManage inbound and outbound freight operations, carrier relationships, and transportation cost optimization effortsEnsure compliance with import regulations, customs requirements, and applicable trade and transportation lawsDevelop key performance metrics and dashboards to monitor service, inventory, freight, compliance, and cost-savings performanceDrive continuous improvement through data analysis, process improvement, technology, and automation initiativesLead, develop, and mentor supply chain teams while serving as a strategic partner to executive leadershipWhat you will get:Competitive executive compensation package commensurate with experienceAnnual incentive bonus opportunityComprehensive benefit package401(k) with company matchPaid time off, paid holidays, and paid volunteer dayPaid Parental LeaveTuition Assistance and professional development opportunitiesOpportunity to serve on the Senior Leadership Team and influence company strategyHigh-impact leadership role with significant growth and transformation opportunitiesWhat we need:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, Logistics, Finance, or a related field10+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, distribution, inventory management, purchasing, or operationsExperience leading integrated supply chain functions within a distribution, wholesale, retail, manufacturing, or multi-site fulfillment environmentStrong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, inventory optimization, transportation, warehousing, and cost managementProven ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive operational improvements, and deliver measurable business resultsPreferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldExperience managing international freight, import processes, and trade compliance requirementsAdvanced proficiency with ERP, warehouse management, transportation management, and business intelligence toolsProfessional certifications such as APICS/ASCM, CSCMP, Lean, Six Sigma, or customs/trade compliance certificationsDemonstrated success developing supply chain strategies that improve service, profitability, inventory productivity, and operational efficiencyLocation Requirement: This position is based on-site.TAKKT FoodServices is an Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) employer.
